My name is Moises. We are a community of friends passionate about food from its origin and conception. In my case that passion and respect for food began at a very young age. I had the fortune to grow among great culinary exponents such as my mother, my aunts and especially my grandmothers. It is from those wonderful times where I learned the greatness of food. From its most basic and simple elaboration, to the highest degree of elaboration with dishes worthy of the greatest restaurants in the world. That passion that is only achieved by doing things with the greatest love and respect, I discovered in the food they made. Nowadays, I only look for places that take me to that magnificent childhood, that is my passion.
